Retrofitting London’s Iconic Buses with Zero-Emission H2FC Systems

Project HEIDI aims to retrofit London’s iconic red double-decker buses with zero-emission hydrogen fuel cell (H2FC) systems by 2026. Aeristech’s oil-free compressors enhance the H2FC systems, making hydrogen a cost-effective alternative to battery electric solutions and improving power efficiency, thanks to the high-performance prototypes’ specific pressure ratios.

Project HEIDI marks a notable breakthrough in the transportation industry and its mission of achieving net zero and pursuing sustainability. Green hydrogen has the potential to become the industry’s leading solution, and Aeristech are ready to scale their H2FC electric motor production to meet the market  demand.

What Do Aeristech Think About 3DEXPERIENCE and SOLIDWORKS?

Marisa Kurimbokus, Head of Engineering and Product Development, highlighted the importance of the software provided by Dassault Systèmes and TECHNIA in this transition.
